💧 Water Service Update

Water service has now been restored.

Please continue to follow the instructions below to help clear air from the system:

Turn on faucets in your kitchen, bathtub, and other sinks and allow the water to run until it flows steadily and runs clear. Some air, cloudiness, or murky water may occur at first as the lines fully repressurize.

If the water appears cloudy or murky, please let it run until it clears.

💧 Water Service Restoration Notice

As water service is restored, please turn on faucets in your kitchen, bathtub, and other sinks to help push air out of the lines.

Allow the water to run until it flows steadily and runs clear. Some air or cloudy water may be present at first as the system repressurizes.

If the water appears murky or cloudy, please continue running it until it clears.

🚧 Water Service Interruption – Kiona Area Update

Our crew started work early this morning and is actively continuing repairs on the water line break in the Kiona area.

Customers north of the Interstate will temporarily lose water service while repairs are being completed.

Our team is working hard to restore service as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete the necessary repairs.

🚧 Kiona Water Line Break – Update

Our crew has been working throughout the day to repair the water line break in the Kiona area. Unfortunately, the damage was more extensive than could be fully repaired in one day.

Repairs will resume first thing tomorrow morning, and our crew will continue working diligently to restore service as quickly as possible.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We understand that not having water is a major disruption, and we appreciate your patience and understanding while our team works to resolve the issue.

🚧 URGENT WATER SHUT OFF NOTICE – KIONA AREA

Great Basin Water Co. is currently repairing a water line leak in the Kiona area.

Customers affected:
All customers north of Highway 224, except for Hummingbird and 197 PRNE, will temporarily lose water service while repairs are being completed.

Important:

Please shut off your water heater as soon as possible while water service is off to prevent potential damage.

Our crew is actively on-site working to restore service as quickly and safely as possible. We will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available.
